The inspiration for this project came from Darla's Sweet Always Envelope Box Tutorial. The cards are my own and I used different papers and embellishments, but the box design is Darla's.
Here are the supplies I used:
Stamp Set: Of the Earth, Hostess Level 1,Pg. 13 #115336
Paper: Thoroughly Modern DSP, Pg. 163 #115673; Whisper White CS, Pg. 155 #100730; Sahara Sand CS, Pg. 155 #105328; Bermuda Bay CS, Pg. 155 #115317
Ink: Bermuda Bay, Pg. 155 #115655; Soft Suede, pg. 155 #115657; Sahara Sand, Pg. 155 #105208; Rose Red, Pg.157 #101778

3104430; Sponge Daubers, Pg. 192 #102892; Stamp-a-ma-jig, Pg. 191 #101049; Painter's Tape
The cardstock and paper was cut as follows:
Bermuda Bay CS: 2 each die-cut Scalloped Envelopes; 2 each 2-1/4 x 1-5/8"
Whisper White CS: 4 each 3" x 6", scored @ 3" to form card base; 4 each 2" x 2"; 4 each 1" x 1"
Sahara Sand CS: 4 each 2-1/4" x 2-1/4"; 1 each 1-5/8" x 3".
Thouroughly Modern DSP: 4 each 2-7/8" x 2-7/8"; 1 each 2-3/4" x 1-1/2"; 1 blossom from Boho Blossoms Punch
Ink around all edges with Sahara Sand.
The first time I used the brass templates I just taped it to the light table and placed the cardstock over it, but the paper-piercing and embossing wasn't deep enough and didn't show up very well. To raise the template, I layer four pieces of painter's tape about 4" long. I cut the layered tape down the middle and then cut those two pieces in half to make four 2" pieces of layered tape.
Stick the four sections to the underside of the template around the shape you're using as shown.
Now, flip it over and tape it to the light table with masking or painter's tape.
Turn on the light table and center the 2" x 2" Whisper White CS. Using the large end of the stylus, emboss the sqare as shown. Use the paper-piercing tool to pierce the holes.
Keep the painter's tape strips with the brass template for future use.
Use the Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the image on the 1" x 1" Whisper White CS squares.
Now layer the 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" Sahara Sand on top of the 2-7/8" x 2-7/8" designer paper. Wrap ribbon around the layered pieces and tape in back. Attach to the card front with Snail.
Attach dimensionals on either side of the ribbon as shown and attach the 1" square images.
The scallop edge will be folded forward as shown in the finished box, so make sure the right side of the scallop will be facing the front when folded. Use Sticky Strip to attach the 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" pieces to the side tabs front as shown.
Attach to the back envelope, making sure the front of the scallop faces the front of the box.
Layer 2-3/4" x 1-1/2" designer paper onto 3" x 1-5/8" Sahara Sand and attach to front of box.
Punch 1/2" circle from designer paper and attach to the Build-A-Brad following the kit directions.
Position the Boho Blossom over front scallop and pierce through both pieces. Attach brad. To keep the front fold in place, place a dimensional over the brad in back and stick to box front.
Wrap ribbon around box and tie in box as shown.
Add the cards and envelopes we're all done!
