Chicken Golf and United Way Fundraiser

What is Chicken Golf you say?  Well, every October employees at the City of Coon Rapids hold a Chicken Golf Tournament to raise funds for the United Way.  Here's the catch:  We play with Playschool golf sets.  We have tons of fun and it's for a good cause.That's me in the picture playing in the very first Chicken Golf Tournament about a hundred years ago.  (That's the former Mayor checking out my 'putt'. hee hee)  I'm retired now, but they still let me play in the tournament so that's where I'll be today instead of craftin' and bloggin'.

We also have a Silent Auction.  All items are donated and this year I'm donating a basket of Stampin' Up! goodies.
